The Advantage Ag Northern Sport Mods started the show of in Goodland this weekend, they qualified six drivers Friday Night, and then set the remainder of the starting field Saturday Night with a last chance race for starting position, no one missed Saturday's feature. Blaine Walt, Josh Barnhart, Danny Concelman, Hunter Smith, Ryan Kirchoff and Brendyn Nordyke all qualified Friday Night.
Saturday's A-Main started with a front row of Blaine Walt and Josh Barnhart, Barnhart would get the early advantage as Walt overdrove a few corners, and Josh was able to race away with the lead. Lap three saw the event's first caution as Scott Saunders went for a spin, the field would restart and Josh Barnhart would keep his momentum rolling up front, laps four and five featured a side-by-side battle between Walt and Nordyke for third place, with Walt gaining the advantage at the end of lap five. A second caution came out on lap five as Joe Shoup had an issue, Barnhart led of the restart and started to pull away from the field. On lap ten Blaine Walt started finding a lot of speed on the top side of the race track, laps eleven and twelve saw Walt right on Barnhart's rear bumper. A final caution came out on lap thirteen as Zack Delgado went for a spin, Josh restarted the field a final time, and led until the final corner of the final lap, where Blaine Walt was able to get by on the top side to claim the narrow victory at the line over Barnhart.
