Sheldon Wickwar started covering the sport of IMCA racing in Kansas during the 2021 race season, in just two short years, Sheldon has built an outstanding website and launched a fan favorite podcast where he interviews Kansas IMCA drivers and recaps racing all with the help of good friend Tanner Schmidt!

Sheldon's original idea was to just write an article or two but after finding his groove in his "rookie" season of covering, his confidence and popularity has been on the rise, leading to Sheldon trying new things to bring fans and drivers closer together and to help grow the sport of dirt track racing in Kansas!

Starting in the late part of the 2022 IMCA racing season, Sheldon gained a partnership with the Hays Daily News to provide racing recap articles to the local newspaper in Hays, Kansas. Several articles have been used as the headlining article on the front page of the newspaper throughout the 2023 IMCA racing season.

In 2023 right before his birthday, Sheldon was added to the National Motorsports Press Association Member List!

Sheldon has always said "the goal is not to become popular or make a name for myself, I simply want to help grow the popularity of the sport and have fun doing so!"

Tanner Schmidt hails from Goodland, Kansas where he was able to start his announcing career, twelve years later he is still calling races at many Kansas area tracks and becoming a rising star with his passionate "Johnny Gibson like" announcing, a successful TikTok page and co-host on the Chronicles From The Cushion Podcast!

Carl "Red" Larson has captured the essence of Kansas IMCA racing for multiple years, through amazing camera lenses, his Photo's by Red adventure has captured the hearts of Kansas IMCA racers and fans alike.
